Ohook Activation Office 365 issue #476

i used ohook to activate office, but now there is a sign in error in my account. i tried multiple times to sign in but it's still the same. i couldn't sync my documents with other devices. i'm a student so this is a big problem to me. later i saw that in my device security, memory integrity is turned off and i can't turn that on. i really don't know if that's the problem. i'm guessing this windows security problem is the reason. please help.

Did you try logging in and out and try again? Open the credential manager, log out of your office account from there and retry.

By the way, MAS didn't cause this and that memory integrity option is also not causing this.

Yes, I tried logging in/out multiple times. I checked my Microsoft account too and I didn't find any problem there. Even if I logged in, it asks to sign in again and again to fix the issue.

I can't turn on the memory integrity one it's blocked. I even tried uninstalling office, but it didn't work.

Yeah, I believe so, but I couldn't find any answer that's why I tried asking you guys.

@chamika000 Logout your account from office and then open command prompt as admin and enter

reg delete HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office /f

and then try to login again, share results.

This issue is not caused by MAS; and as per Google results, many others have faced this.

Yes. Thank you so much & sorry for my mistake. I managed to share my notebooks with another account. maybe the problem was in my microsoft account. I really don't know whats with that windows security problem though.

Anyway thanks for your help.
