I am not getting eny response from option 4 (Down load Guinuine Windows / Office).

Is it broken or can there be enother issue on my side? Windows activation worked for me.

I found the Office download link in the mean time....

That option only opens a webpage in your browser. Some file associations may be incorrect in your system.

On my second VM install it worked!
