Formatting improvements for `README.md`. #505

Remediated formatting inconsistencies:

  1. Differing and non-CommonMark list indentation.
  2. Inadequate spacing between block and inline list content elements, like fenced code blocks.
  3. No syntax highlighting declaration.

Sorry, but I've to deny this. Extra spacing in the name "Microsoft Activation Scripts" is there because some AV's were/are detecting this string in a file and flagging it. PS1 codetag is not used because I don't want to extra highlight those commands. Though I'll take care of full stops, etc in the next MAS update.
