No Tag data available #42

Describe the bug No Tag Data present when clicking on "Add Tag"

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Any type of weapon or system'
  2. Click on 'Tags at the bottom of the screen'
  3. The Tag scroll down menu presents "No Data Available"
  4. See error

Expected behavior To have a list of tags
