TypeScript Vue Plugin Volar will not install - "extension deprecated"

Describe the bug In README.md, Recommended IDE Setup's last step is to install TypeScript Vue Plugin (Volar), but Visual Studio Code will not allow the installation because it claims the extension is deprecated and its functions have been folded into the main Vue extension. (Image of error message is under Screenshots.)

To Reproduce Go to the TypeScript Vue Plugin (Volar) Marketplace page. Click the Install button on that page and allow it to open in Visual Studio Code.

Expected behavior Being able to install the extension.

• Obviously if this turns out to be a VSC or Volar issue, I don't expect you to fix that.

My suggestion would be to update the readme.md to reflect this deprecation.
