Feature Request: Mass Delete Pilots/NPCs #1033

I'd like to expand this further to be able to selectively export or delete any of the storage json via options in the menu

Addressed partially by v2.3's Sync Management while logged into a CompCon account, though it may not be available for users without accounts. If that is the case, it may be possible to build off of v2.3's sync management for purely local content management.

The original ask is 75% covered now: Cloud Pilots + Cloud NPCs through the Sync menu, and Local Pilots through a "Delete Multiple" button. A "Delete Multiple" button may be in the cards for the GM Toolkit Rework.
