[FEATURE] Add Filters for Pilots in Pilot roster and in pilot selection for missions

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I tend to build a large number of speculative builds and when organizing my pilots it can be difficult to distinguish ones that are marked in active from ones that are active.

Further, this leads to a large number of pilots when I am starting a mission in the encounter builder, many of which look similar due to the above situation.

Describe the solution you'd like An ability to filter based on status would help with both situations if added in the respective screens

Describe alternatives you've considered Adding additional tags that could be filtered would work, but I suspect that they're not adding much functionality.

Similarly, adding more information into the pilot selection screen would help, but would only make the screen more busy

A pilot status that would mark the pilot to not be shown in mission selection at all (and possibly prevent triggering achievements once v3 is released) might be another way to avoid having things cluttered by theoretical builds
