Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
If you have multiple LCPs that add base options (e.g. Suldan, GMS Crisis Catalog, Production Group IV) or are starting to build a mech without licence restrictions, you might want to filter out options from certain LCPs. Currently, however, COMP/CON does not remember filter settings set for systems. It does remember filter settings for weapons (for the current session), but only for each specific slot (i.e. it will not remember them for all mounts, or even all slots in a single mount).
Describe the solution you'd like
To make the filter system more useful, it would be better if COMP/CON remembered (for the current session) your filter settings the first time you configured them - whether for weapons or systems - and attempted to apply them to all weapon and system choices given for the mech sheet currently being viewed.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Currently, you would either have to configure the filter settings every time you added a system or weapon to your build, or note down all your system and weapon choices (alongside the cumulative SP cost) elsewhere prior to adding them in.
