Add map data to encounters that allows users to set:

• Space type (hex vert, hex horiz, square)
• X/Y size
• PC/NPC ingress/egress/control/objective zones
• Difficult/Dangerous/Impassible terrain

This should be done in a map editor component attached to the Encounter builder UI.

If the encounter has no map data, prepopulate with an example map based on sitrep from the core book. This should be exportable as an image.
