It'd be nice to a mech roster in the same layout as the pilot roster so you can have a list of saved mech chassis, weapons and features.

This is technically already present in COMP/CON, in each pilot's Mech Hangar?

If you instead mean "be able to go directly to the mech, independent of the pilot": Such a request has been brought up before, but was marked as wontfix because Lancer's Mechs are highly dependent upon the stats of the Pilot who owns them (e.g., Pilot Grit affects Mech HP and Mech SP, a Pilot's Mech Skills affect the Mech's Hull, Agility, Systems, and Engineering, as well as all stats related to those). It's simply not feasible to divorce the mech from the pilot in Lancer.
