[BUG] Empty popup window when selecting Jockey in Active Mode #2450

Describe the bug There is no text or buttons for Jockey action in Active Mode in Pilot Roster.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Pilot Roster
  2. Choose Pilot
  3. Click 'Active Mode' on the bottom of the site or hover your mouse on your Pilot's Callsign in top-right corner of the site and click 'Active Mode'
  4. Click 'Start Mission' in the bottom-left corner
  5. Select Mech
  6. Click 'Engage Combat Mode'
  7. In the bottom-right side, choose either Dismount under Full Actions button or Eject under Quick Actions button
  8. End turn
  9. Start next round
  10. Click Jockey action under Full Actions button

Expected behavior Clearly there supposed to be flavor and mechanical text in the popup that opens
