Issue Description: Upon opening the Full Actions menu in the lower-right corner, and then selecting Barrage, I am unable to roll my hit or damage for the Tempest Charged Blade. I have verified that other superheavy weapons such as the Hurricane Projector work as intended.
Reproduction Steps: 1. Equip Tempest Charged Blade on mech, and brace with Main mount.
Select Active Mode.
Select Full Actions in the lower right corner, then select Barrage.
Click on Tempest Charged Blade.
Expected Result: I expected a menu to show that had options to select Accuracy, Difficulty, and Attack Roll, with an Attack action button on the right side.
Additional Context: If I select Barrage under the Tempest Charged Blade in the Loadout section, the menu works as intended.
