[BUG] Load Bearing Hardpoints does not increase limited tag value #2496

Describe the bug Gilgamesh "Load Bearing Hardpoints" creates an additional hexagon to track limited uses, but the limited tag itself is not increased.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create a Gilgamesh mech
  2. Equip a limited system
  3. If chosen system shows hexes in mech view skip to step 5
  4. Go on a mission with the Gilgamesh mech
  5. Number of hexes for tracking limited systems and limited tag number are different

Expected behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

Additional context: Gilgamesh's trait is adding Limited charges correctly to the hex icon tracker, the Limited Tag just isn't increasing to match like it does for other sources of Limited Bonus (namely, Engineering and the "Integrated Ammo Feeds" HA Core Bonus). This is not a data issue, but a Compcon issue.
