Description
The Assault Cannon from Drake 1 functions similar to the Leviathan in that it has a normal and "spin up" mode that adds the Reliable tag and slows the user. However, it does not have multiple profiles like the Leviathan does. Now that tags in weapon profiles are detectable by Comp/Con, it would be useful to create a spin-up mode for the Assault Cannon that adds the Reliable 3 tag as described in its effect.

There is also a typo in the details of the "Spin Up Leviathan" action: "Spin up this barrels" should be "Spin up the barrels" or something similar.
