Inquiry Regarding Data Import Issues (Missing data) in Bibliometrix with WoS Dataset #413

Recently, I imported a plain text file from Web of Science (WoS) containing data on 7704 articles. Upon import, I noticed discrepancies in the data table, indicated by missing data in several fields. Specifically, the missing data are as follows: 1 in WC (Science Categories), 36 in CR (Cited References), 112 in RP (Corresponding Auther), 206 in AB (Abstract), 235 in C1 (Affiliation), 451 in DI (DOI), 452 in ID (Keywords Plus), and 1227 in DE (Keywords).

Upon closer examination, especially of the DE field with the highest missing rate (17.52%), it seems that the issue might be related to character limits during data import, resulting in incomplete data extraction.

I am concerned about the impact these missing elements might have on my forthcoming analysis, specifically regarding thematic evolution and thematic map. Could you provide any insights or solutions to address these issues? Your guidance on how these missing data might affect my analysis would be greatly appreciated.

Additionally, I would like to mention that I am using the latest version of Bibliometrix for this analysis. I have attempted the import process on both macOS 10.15 and Windows 10, and the issue persists across both platforms. This suggests that the problem might be inherent to the software or the dataset itself, rather than the operating system. missingDataTable-_2023-12-18163354

Please upload your wos file. I need it to identify the issue.

Thanks
