I created #3, which is the way I would implement your proposal. Please, let me know what you think about it and if it fits your purpose. Feel free to edit it.

If everything is fine, I will release on npm.

LACNIC irr is merged, see https://github.com/massimocandela/bulk-whois-parser/pull/3. I'm going to close this. Thanks for your contribution.
