Given the large number of RFC9092-aware administrators inserting https://github.com/projectname/geolocation-feed.csv into their RIR records and the tool rejecting such feeds with an annoyed "HTML detected, CSV expected, stop the nonsense!" error (😅), should we do a 1-shot re-try of such URLs by converting them to the raw.githubusercontent.com equivalents?

According to this gist, it's a matter of two string replaces: https://gist.github.com/fedarko/4fc177cff9084b9e325dcbe954547edc

This is going to dramatically reduce the published-but-not-perfect feeds currently seen in the error logs.
