MacOS arm64 binaries #9

While I have been unable to test this, it would be desirable to add build and release for macOS arm64 binaries (new Apple M1 silicon). Thanks for the wonderful tool!

Hi @s8mathur, thanks for the contribution.

I was not able to compile it in this way, something related to "mandatory signing required", I will look into it as soon as I have some time. If you manage to make it work, please let me know. However, I don't have a new M1 to test it, so this may take some time.

Thanks Massimo, will close it now. Yes, code signing is an issue. We can come back to it when either of us has a working sandbox on M1 - I don't at the moment.
