haxe 3.1.1 Error: haxe.macro.TypedExprDef does not exists #17

Seems that haxe 3.1.1 has changed something there, since haxe 3.0 compiles just fine.

I don' think this is a minject error; we don't reference haxe.macro.TypedExprDef anywhere...

Sorry, I was due to multiple versions of haxe installed on the same machine.
