Cannot resolve serverless.yml #152

Running into the same issue as #145 when following the setup instructions for intake and EHR, not telemed.

Can I somehow setup both to resolve this? I think this is due to the default start command trying to start all the packages because of the "start:local": "pnpm --filter 'ottehr-*' --stream=true start:local", script.

Can you try to do pnpm --filter 'ottehr-urgent-care-*' --filter 'ottehr-ehr-*' --stream=true start:local and the URL for a test location is http://localhost:3015/location/testing/prebook
