Initial QA pass #354

We should dedicate some time to using Ottehr features, as many as we can, in an attempt to gain a better understanding of what does not work as intended. This should go far beyond the usual "create an appointment and see if it shows up in the EHR".

Please create a list of things that should be changed, then we will open tickets.

We did the pass, created the tickets, and put those tickets into future releases. Closing this and moving it to "ready for release"
