[x] Weight last updated has text: Weight last updated: N/A
[x] Text on primary button is grey
[x] Policy holder date of birth only goes to 1999
[x] Date of birth input width is too small, it should use the whole row
[x] Footer: Exclamation mark color and placement is wrong
[x] Patient sex options are different in some pages, remove them from "Patient Details" screen
[ ] HIPAA Acknowledgement and Consent links are faulty
[x] Users can add the same medication twice on the “Current Medications” page. Same problem with “Allergies”, “Medical History”, and Surgeries” pages.

Cannot make prevent adding same medication twice since the select options come directly from questionnaire
