Loire RC Admin Version: 0.11.0 - Demo Chrome Version 128.0.6613.137 (Official Build) (64-bit) PASS - state name updated but only in Offices dropdown. ✔️

NOTE: Offices > states displays the state identifier, not the name. It is a little confusing but it is acceptable
