Intake - sometimes, users are redirected to the patient portal after selecting a visit time #403

clicked "Request Visit" in the patient portal, chose schedule, chose time, clicked "continue", was brought back to the patient portal

this was happening when navigating directly to telemed.ottehr.com without specifying a schedule.
