Ottehr - Intake - Waiting Room - "Return to Call" Button Missing on Patient Portal After Leaving Waiting Room #516

Description:
When the patient leaves the waiting room during a telemed session, the "Return to Call" button is expected to be shown on the patient portal. However, after the patient exits the waiting room, the button is missing, preventing them from returning to the active call.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Patient books a telemed call and enters the waiting room.
  2. Patient leaves the waiting room with :
    • Leave waiting room button
    • Browser back navigation
    • Closing tab
  3. Patient tries to rejoin the call from the patient portal.

Expected Result:
A "Return to Active Call" button should be displayed, allowing the patient to rejoin the telemed session.

Actual Result:
The "Return to Active Call" button is missing, and the patient is unable to rejoin the active telemed call.

Env: development Hash: 1e84b12 Version: 0.14.0

Some how "Return to Active Call" button is missing for old account registered for (202) 713-9680 but when I did registration with new unique number 14305628531 I got "Return to Active Call" button on the Patient portal
