Ottehr - EHR Admin - Visit Details - Show Proper Visit Details Page for InPerson Visits

Description:
For InPerson visits, the system currently displays the visit details page for a Telemed visit, including video call and sign & submit options. This is incorrect. The InPerson visit details page should instead reflect specific patient information collected from the intake flow, such as:

• About the Patient
• Contact Information
• Patient Details
• Insurance Information
• Responsible Party Information
• Completed Consent Forms
• Status Picker
• ID & Insurance Photos

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Schedule an InPerson visit for a patient with Intake flow OR add walk in patient
2. Navigate to the In Person tab on EHR Admin
3. Click on your scheduled InPerson visit to open Visit Details page
4. Observe the displayed visit details and options.

Expected Result:
The visit details page should show the InPerson visit layout, reflecting patient data collected from the intake flow, without any Telemed-specific information like video call options.

Actual Result:
The visit details page displays Telemed visit details, including video call and sign & submit options, instead of the appropriate InPerson visit information.

The in-person page should follow the same design we are using for the telemedicine page, but only show relevant information for in-person appointments. So we want to keep the telemed design but make sure it has all the info required for in-person appointments and nothing that is telemed exclusive
