`/register` page to be removed #86

I think the endpoint assumes I'm trying to update my profile as a provider instead of create one since both pages use the same underlying component

STR

  1. Open dev env (I'm using pnpm start:dev for now)
  2. Fill in details
  3. Notice button says "update" instead of "register"
  4. Try and submit the form

ER

I register and get sent to my dashboard

Updated title - there is no registration option. Should remove this page.
