Profile page update button doesn't work #92

  1. Login as a provider
  2. Navigate to the profile page
  3. Fill in or update information
  4. Click the update button

ER

  1. The form is updated
  2. The page is refreshed or I'm redirected to the dashboard

AR

  1. Nothing happens
