Hi Friends

Really cool altas you guys have build - i would love to try your annotation tool. However i'm have trouble installing the package?

Here is the error i get:

devtools::install_github("Single-Cell-Genomics-Group-CNAG-CRG/SLOcatoR") Error: Failed to install 'unknown package' from GitHub: HTTP error 404. Not Found

Did you spell the repo owner (Single-Cell-Genomics-Group-CNAG-CRG) and repo name (SLOcatoR) correctly?

I hope you can help me :)

Hi mghanizada!

Thanks for your kind words!

Other users also had trouble installing SLOcatoR. I would love to look into it, but I'm currently finishing my PhD and I do not have the bandwidth to look into it right now. Starting in January 2023, I will focus solely on sharpening both SLOcatoR and HCATonsilData so they are robust.

In the meantime, please check Azimuth, which now includes our tonsil atlas reference.
