Uninstalling any JetBrains IDE in silent mode will leave about 500 out of 625 MB of garbage on the disk.
That is because it will keep it's built-in Java Runtime, all the libs and the plugins.
I guess this can't really be fixed without brutally removing the application folders afterwards.

Scratch that. Apparently this was either a problem specific to my setup or something they fixed by now.
Whatever the reason was, now the uninstaller will also remove the jre/jre64 folders.
