According to this post, JetBrains IDEs have hidden portable version.

Shall we use the portable version instead of the exe version?

We can definitely think about publishing PHPStorm and RubyMine as virtual packages with variants for installer and portable.

I don't have time to look into this immediately, though. If you'd like to read up on the virtual package stuff and send a PR, I'll be happy to include it.

Otherwise I'll look into this myself when I have some more time again next year.
