create watertight mesh with kinetic #33

some example were created for the V1 we still need to go further doing this with IFC files as base

we do have some result on building mesh but we lose every details or sometimes the mesh still have holes some example of the results in images Capture d’écran 2024-05-22 103410 this is the best result of the algorithm on 3zones stl files converted into point cloud image every details have been lost in the process another example here with ACJasmin stl file image image this is a bit harder with the stairs inside the house we decided to delete the ground on the file to get better result on the house this is the better result we got image

the mesh got an hole and the stairs dont look like stairs anymore
