[Enhancement] Ability to customise Unreal Engine download and also pause/unpause it #17

It would be great to have the ability to customise your Unreal Engine download like you can in Epic Games Launcher, that way I don't have to download so much stuff especially since UE5.1 download is over 200GB because it also includes the editor symbols for debugging that I don't need oVRyWVc

Pause is something that will be added in the future. Already some code inplace, just not finished...

I also already have code in the system to strip out non-platform binaries, so adding these other options should be just spending the time finding out what items they corrospond to. Awesome idea's!
