SAMP Player Teleport #28

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Going into SAMP and trying to teleport to a player
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output is being able to teleport to any player on the server, but 
it only allows me to teleport to those who are nearby.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest, 4.3.3.1

it's not a bug, it's special server mod
