Handling Bug (When Clicking Mouse) #31

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. First Going To mod_sa.ini
2. Then Going To Handling Setting
3. Changing "0 0" To "0 1"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected Is That The Handling In Online, Works With Nitro (Pressing The Mouse), 
But What Happens Is That The Character Freezes And You Can Only Unfreeze It 
Then You press "T" Button.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Sa-Mp = 0.3x
Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.
Please fix this annoying bug or telling how to fix if it's already has been 
fixed :|. But the s0beit it self is good.

The same happens to me when flying, or using air break. My character just 
freezes and I can't do anything but restart the game, and it's quite annoying 
since air break is one of my favorite parts of s0beit.
