You are sure that this issue only appears on that Server ?
And please add more Informations...
What version of this Project you are running ?
What a SA:MP Version you have ?

Currently I have satelite internet and no cable so I'll update as soon as 
that's cleaned up. I believe it was r1-2 x or whatever. I haven't played in 
some time.
