INSTALLATION:
1) Go to your GTA San Andreas install folder and locate d3d9.dll right click
and delete it OR Copy and paste the one you downloaded in this archive and
overwrite it with mine
2) Go to your GTA San Andreas install folder and delete the folder "mod_sa"
then copy and paste the mod_sa folder you downloaded and paste it into that
directory
3) Go online and have fun cheating :)

Features By Jordy:
1) Auto Lottery Draw (Activate by typing /xlotto in game)
Once this feature is called, it'll play the lottery every time the game time is
18:05 (as soon as you can get another ticket purchased)
It generates a random number just like the server. Since both the code and the
server generates a random number, I figure the chances of winning is higher
anyways, it picks a completely random number 1-150 without you having to do
anything except activate it through /xlotto command
2) Admin Detector
All 86 admins on CrazyBob's Cops And Robbers are detected with a command
/xadmins. You will also notice a text on your screen saying how many admins are
online.
If no admins are online, it'll say cheat away.
[ADMIN] in red will be added to their nametags when you are close to a streamed
in admin (helps you spot them easily)
You can control the location (X/Y) of the admin detector inside the Cheats
section OR use the ini configuration (mod_sa.ini)
3) CrazyBob's Cops And Robbers AntiBan
Terms:
**You agree that there is NO guarantee that you won't be kicked / banned from
the server using antiban**
**Server Techs can change the way anti-cheat works at anytime. Don't forget
admins are still watching you**
Features:
This is a setting that can be enabled / disabled at any time in mod_sa.ini
under settings by me (Jordy)
It disables certain cheats that will get you kicked / banned for sure.
Cheats Disabled: Money Cheats, Weapon Cheats, Teleporting more than 200m at
once, Jetpack, All teleports disabled except clickwarp (up to 200m)
Other Cheats Disabled: Health & Armor (Server will remove it)
Limits: Player_Fly_Speed is limited to 0.2 anything higher will get you kicked.
Nitro_High and Nitro_Low is also limited to 1.2 (216km/h)
Vehicle Jumper is also disabled because it usually hijacks busses and gets you
kicked. But if you like this feature you can still keep it
enabled even with antiban enabled using CBCNR_antiban_allow_vehicle_jumper =
true in mod_sa.ini
Warp_Speed & Nitro_High Limits:
Nitro_High & Warp_Speed will automatically be adjusted for you depending on
what vehicle you're in. EX: If you're in a boat then both warp_speed
& Nitro_High will be set to 0.8 (144km/h) if you're in a regular car, it'll be
limited to 1.0 (180km/h) this is because anything higher will risk
anti-cheat getting you kicked / banned. Everything has been tested and working
fine.
4) Ini Features Added:
CBCNR_AntiBan = true
*READ* true by default set to false to disable in mod_sa.ini
*READ* Only for CrazyBob's Cops And Robbers Server 1 & 2
*READ* Disables certain cheats that will get you kicked / banned EX: Money

5) Additional Menu Items
You can now control Nitrous Speed, Nitrous Decelerate Speed, Nitrous Accelerate
Time & Nitrous Decelerate Time through the cheats menu using + & - using the
numpad when selected.
6) Player Locater
If you type /xloc (id) you can automatically use the /loc command on CrazyBob's
Cops And Robbers (it'll call /loc every 2 seconds until disabled)
When you type for example /xloc 47 it'll say something like Jordy (47) is
Located in: San Fierro City Hall (North-west)
It will keep using the /loc feature every 2 seconds until you've found the
player. When you've found the player you're trying to locate, it'll
automatically stop locating the player.
You can also type /xloc -1 to stop locating right away. This feature is good
for hitmen who don't have to keep typing /loc to find and kill the player for
money.
7) In-Game Commands (Commands no longer start with 'm0d_')
For a list of all other supported commands type /xcmds in game.

Self-Explanatory - I changed the looks of the cheat menu. I added 3 extra GUI

9) Radio Stations (modify only in mod_sa.ini)
**NOTICE**: This command will minimize your game and open the station url
automatically.
If you are using windows 7 and crash often when the game is minimized and
restored do the following:
1) Find GTA_SA.exe in your install folder right click and go to Properties ->
Compatability
2) Check the box "Run this program as an administrator" AND Disable Visual
Themes
3) Find samp.exe in your install folder right click and go to Properties ->

1) Go to the setup folder and open setup.exe. Do not modify or move / rename

**Notice** Try to avoid commands such as Change Game Speed or Freeze Time as
these commands change how fast the game's clock works (and might cause xlotto
to try purchasing a lottery ticket too soon / fast)
Once this feature is called, it'll play the lottery every time the game time is

(as soon as you can get another ticket purchased)
It generates a completely random lottery number just like the server does.

Anyways, it picks a completely random number 1-150 without you having to do

using this and just recently won again. The chances of winning are definitely
higher (but not guaranteed)

Terms Of Use:

Servers can improve anti-cheat at anytime. It doesn't in any way get you
unbanned. It just rejects cheats that get you banned from the server for sure.
Any Admins online are still watching you
I made this feature for new cheaters that don't know what cheats are safe to
use in s0beit
I recommended using this even if you're an experienced cheater (even I use it)
because certain things like Player Warp just get you kicked on CBCNR and player
warp is improved so you won't get kicked using it with antiban.
For everybody who doesn't use this: Don't accidently hit give jetpack! :)

I see people get banned all the time on servers (and quickly) all for being
inexperienced cheaters.
Now you can cheat without worrying about selecting the wrong thing and
instantly banning yourself. Have fun
Teleporting using the map has been disabled. It'll just set a custom
destination marker. (With AntiBan)
You can still use teleports with the map using CBCNR_antiban_allow_map_teleport
= true
(I don't recommended this for new users)

6) Player Locater
This feature is good for hitmen who don't have to keep typing /loc to find and
kill the player for money.
It's also good for tracking down wanted suspects while playing as police.
If you type /xloc (id) you can automatically use the /loc command on CrazyBob's
Cops And Robbers (it'll call the /loc command every 2 seconds)
When you type, for example /xloc 47 it'll say something like Jordy (47) is
Located in: San Fierro City Hall (North-west)
It will keep using the /loc cmd every 2 seconds until you've found the player.
When you've found the player you're locating, it'll automatically stop locating
the player for you.
You will also notice a red text at the end of their nametag displaying [LOCATE]
(Goes away in 30 seconds)
Tips:
You can also type /xloc -1 to stop locating the player right away.

xaddfriendbyname only works by Player Name they don't have to be online for you
to add them like xaddfriend

#####FEATURES BY JORDY#####:
1) Auto Lottery Draw (Activate by typing /xlotto in game)
**Notice** Try to avoid commands such as Change Game Speed or Freeze Time as
these commands change how fast the game's clock works (and might cause xlotto
to try purchasing a lottery ticket too soon / fast)
Once this feature is called, it'll play the lottery every time the game time is
18:10
(as soon as you can get another ticket purchased)
It generates a completely random lottery number just like the server does.
Since both the code and the server generates a random number, I figure the
chances of winning is higher.
Anyways, it picks a completely random number 1-150 without you having to do
anything except activate it through the /xlotto command. I already won 12M once
using this and just recently won again. The chances of winning are definitely
higher (but not guaranteed)
**You can turn Auto Lottery OFF once Enabled by typing /xlotto again.**
## Change CBCNR_lottery_hud_indicator = false in mod_sa.ini to disable the
indicator "<| Lottery |>" ##
2) Admin Detector
All 87 admins on CrazyBob's Cops And Robbers are detected with a command
/xadmins. You will also notice a text on your screen displaying how many admins
are online.
If no admins are online, it'll say 'Cheat Away' in Green. :)
[ADMIN] in Red will be added to their nametags when you are close to a streamed
in admin (helps you spot them easily)
You can control the location (X/Y) of the admin detector inside the Cheats menu
OR use the ini configuration (mod_sa.ini)
If you want to view a plain list of ALL 87 admins type "/xadmins list" instead.
3) CrazyBob's Cops And Robbers AntiBan
Terms Of Use:
You agree that there is NO guarantee you won't be kicked / banned by the server
using this feature.
Servers can improve anti-cheat at anytime. It doesn't in any way get you
unbanned. It just rejects cheats that get you banned from the server for sure.
Any Admins online are still watching you
I made this feature for new cheaters that don't know what cheats are safe to
use in s0beit
I recommended using this even if you're an experienced cheater (even I use it)
because certain things like Player Warp just get you kicked on CBCNR and player
warp is improved so you won't get kicked using it with antiban.
For everybody who doesn't use this: Don't accidently hit give jetpack! :)
What does it do?
This is a setting that can be enabled / disabled at any time in mod_sa.ini
under settings by me (Jordy)
It disables certain cheats that will get you kicked / banned for sure.
Cheats Disabled: Money Cheats, Weapon Cheats, Teleporting more than 200m at
once, Jetpack, Almost all teleports disabled except clickwarp (up to 200m)
Other Cheats Disabled: Health & Armor (Server will remove it)
Limits: Player_Fly_Speed is limited to 0.2 anything higher will get you kicked.
Nitro_High and Nitro_Low is also limited to 1.2 (216km/h)
Vehicle Jumper is also disabled because it usually hijacks busses and gets you
kicked. But if you like this feature you can still keep it enabled even with
antiban using CBCNR_antiban_allow_vehicle_jumper = true in mod_sa.ini
Warp_Speed & Nitro_High Limits:
Nitro_High & Warp_Speed will automatically be adjusted for you depending on
what vehicle you're in.
EX: If you're in a boat then both warp_speed & Nitro_High will be set to 0.8
(144km/h) (MAX) if you're in a regular car, it'll be limited to 1.0 (180km/h)
this is because anything higher will risk AC getting you kicked / banned.
Everything has been tested and working fine as of: 6/25/2014
I see people get banned all the time on servers (and quickly) all for being
inexperienced cheaters.
Now you can cheat without worrying about selecting the wrong thing and
instantly banning yourself. Have fun
Teleporting using the map has been disabled. It'll just set a custom
destination marker. (With AntiBan)
You can still use teleports with the map using CBCNR_antiban_allow_map_teleport
= true
(I don't recommended this for new users)

INSTALLATION (setup.exe) -> Recommended
Requirements: Microsoft.net Framework 3.5 or higher
1) Go to the setup folder and open setup.exe. Do not modify or move / rename
the "install" folder or any of the files inside of it
2) Link setup.exe to your GTA San Andreas Folder (EX: C:\Program Files
(x86)\Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas)

#####FEATURES BY JORDY#####:
1) Auto Lottery Draw (Activate by typing /xlotto in game)
**Notice** Try to avoid commands such as Change Game Speed or Freeze Time as
these commands change how fast the game's clock works (and might cause xlotto
to try purchasing a lottery ticket too soon / fast)
Once this feature is called, it'll play the lottery every time the game time is
18:10
(as soon as you can get another ticket purchased)
It generates a completely random lottery number just like the server does.
Since both the code and the server generates a random number, I figure the
chances of winning is higher.
Anyways, it picks a completely random number 1-150 without you having to do
anything except activate it through the /xlotto command. I already won 12M once
using this and just recently won again. The chances of winning are definitely
higher (but not guaranteed)
**You can turn Auto Lottery OFF once Enabled by typing /xlotto again.**
## Change CBCNR_lottery_hud_indicator = false in mod_sa.ini to disable the
indicator "<| Lottery |>" ##
2) Admin Detector
All 87 admins on CrazyBob's Cops And Robbers are detected with a command
/xadmins. You will also notice a text on your screen displaying how many admins
are online.
If no admins are online, it'll say 'Cheat Away' in Green. :)
[ADMIN] in Red will be added to their nametags when you are close to a streamed
in admin (helps you spot them easily)
You can control the location (X/Y) of the admin detector inside the Cheats menu
OR use the ini configuration (mod_sa.ini)
If you want to view a plain list of ALL 87 admins type "/xadmins list" instead.
3) CrazyBob's Cops And Robbers AntiBan
Terms Of Use:
You agree that there is NO guarantee you won't be kicked / banned by the server
using this feature.
Servers can improve anti-cheat at anytime. It doesn't in any way get you
unbanned. It just rejects cheats that get you banned from the server for sure.
Any Admins online are still watching you
I made this feature for new cheaters that don't know what cheats are safe to
use in s0beit
I recommended using this even if you're an experienced cheater (even I use it)
because certain things like Player Warp just get you kicked on CBCNR and player
warp is improved so you won't get kicked using it with antiban.
For everybody who doesn't use this: Don't accidently hit give jetpack! :)
What does it do?
This is a setting that can be enabled / disabled at any time in mod_sa.ini
under settings by me (Jordy)
It disables certain cheats that will get you kicked / banned for sure.
Cheats Disabled: Money Cheats, Weapon Cheats, Teleporting more than 200m at
once, Jetpack, Almost all teleports disabled except clickwarp (up to 200m)
Other Cheats Disabled: Health & Armor (Server will remove it)
Limits: Player_Fly_Speed is limited to 0.2 anything higher will get you kicked.
Nitro_High and Nitro_Low is also limited to 1.2 (216km/h)
Vehicle Jumper is also disabled because it usually hijacks busses and gets you
kicked. But if you like this feature you can still keep it enabled even with
antiban using CBCNR_antiban_allow_vehicle_jumper = true in mod_sa.ini
Warp_Speed & Nitro_High Limits:
Nitro_High & Warp_Speed will automatically be adjusted for you depending on
what vehicle you're in.
EX: If you're in a boat then both warp_speed & Nitro_High will be set to 0.8
(144km/h) (MAX) if you're in a regular car, it'll be limited to 1.0 (180km/h)
this is because anything higher will risk AC getting you kicked / banned.
Everything has been tested and working fine as of: 6/25/2014
I see people get banned all the time on servers (and quickly) all for being
inexperienced cheaters.
Now you can cheat without worrying about selecting the wrong thing and
instantly banning yourself. Have fun
Teleporting using the map has been disabled. It'll just set a custom
destination marker. (With AntiBan)
You can still use teleports with the map using CBCNR_antiban_allow_map_teleport
= true
(I don't recommended this for new users)

6) Player Locater
This feature is good for hitmen who don't have to keep typing /loc to find and
kill the player for money.
It's also good for tracking down wanted suspects while playing as police.
If you type /xloc (id) you can automatically use the /loc command on CrazyBob's
Cops And Robbers (it'll call the /loc command every 2 seconds)
When you type, for example /xloc 47 it'll say something like Jordy (47) is
Located in: San Fierro City Hall (North-west)
It will keep using the /loc cmd every 2 seconds until you've found the player.
When you've found the player you're locating, it'll automatically stop locating
the player for you.
You will also notice a red text at the end of their nametag displaying [LOCATE]
(Goes away in 30 seconds)
Tips:
You can also type /xloc -1 to stop locating the player right away.

Hello there! Here you can download a modified s0beit (mostly for CBCNR) with
quite a few extra features
Take a look at everything below the changelog for a list of all features. This
s0beit WILL work on other servers except CrazyBob's Cops And Robbers and so
will any non-related CBCNR functions added in this release such as Friends /
Enemies list.

Unfortunately, I didn't take the screenshot in enough time. It didn't catch the
"You Won The Lottery" text. Because of the server logs, I don't display how

- You can now teleport to people again using Players Warp Menu (CBCNR)
- The Players Warp Menu will only list streamed in players. (Only on CBCNR With
AntiBan Enabled)
Teleporting to streamed out players will get you kicked which is why I had it
tempoarily disabled
If you have AntiBan disabled player warp will NOT be restricted.
You can now teleport to streamed in players (with antiban enabled) without
being kicked.

- /xlotto command no longer works until you are spawned. (CBCNR)

INSTALLATION (setup.exe) -> Recommended
Requirements: Microsoft.net Framework 3.5 or higher
1) Go to the setup folder and open setup.exe. Do not modify or move / rename
the "install" folder or any of the files inside of it
2) Link setup.exe to your GTA San Andreas Folder (EX: C:\Program Files
(x86)\Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas)
3) Click Install
4) As always, happy cheating!
INSTALLATION (MANUAL): -> Make sure all the steps below are followed correctly
1) Go to your GTA San Andreas install folder and locate d3d9.dll right click
and delete it OR Copy and paste the one you downloaded in this archive and
overwrite it with mine
2) Go to your GTA San Andreas install folder and delete the folder "mod_sa"
then copy and paste the mod_sa folder you downloaded and paste it into that
directory
3) Go to your GTA San Andreas\data folder and insert the following files:
carmods.two, default.two, gta.two, HANDLING.two, SHOPPING.two, surface.two,
timecyc.two, VEHICLES.two
all of these files is in the data folder inside the archive you downloaded
3) Go online and have fun cheating
IMPORTANT: [ READ EVERYTHING BELOW (OBVIOUS SHIT) ]
**DO NOT MODIFY SETTINGS IN THIS FILE. USE THE MOD_SA.INI YOU DOWNLOADED AND
REPLACE IT WITH YOUR EXISTING ONE IN GTA SAN ANDREAS INSTALL FOLDER MOD_SA**
**YOU WILL FIND MY MODS SETTINGS DIRECTLY UNDER MAIN INI SETTINGS "MODS BY
JORDY"**
#####FEATURES BY JORDY#####:
1) Auto Lottery Draw (Activate by typing /xlotto in game)
**Notice** Try to avoid commands such as Change Game Speed or Freeze Time as
these commands change how fast the game's clock works (and might cause xlotto
to try purchasing a lottery ticket too soon / fast)
Once this feature is called, it'll play the lottery every time the game time is
18:10
(as soon as you can get another ticket purchased)
It generates a completely random lottery number just like the server does.
Since both the code and the server generates a random number, I figure the
chances of winning is higher.
Anyways, it picks a completely random number 1-150 without you having to do
anything except activate it through the /xlotto command. I already won 12M once
using this and just recently won again. The chances of winning are definitely
higher (but not guaranteed)
**You can turn Auto Lottery OFF once Enabled by typing /xlotto again.**
## Change CBCNR_lottery_hud_indicator = false in mod_sa.ini to disable the
indicator "<| Lottery |>" ##
2) Admin Detector
All 87 admins on CrazyBob's Cops And Robbers are detected with a command
/xadmins. You will also notice a text on your screen displaying how many admins
are online.
If no admins are online, it'll say 'Cheat Away' in Green. :)
[ADMIN] in Red will be added to their nametags when you are close to a streamed
in admin (helps you spot them easily)
You can control the location (X/Y) of the admin detector inside the Cheats menu
OR use the ini configuration (mod_sa.ini)
If you want to view a plain list of ALL 87 admins type "/xadmins list" instead.
3) CrazyBob's Cops And Robbers AntiBan
Terms Of Use:
You agree that there is NO guarantee you won't be kicked / banned by the server
using this feature.
Servers can improve anti-cheat at anytime. It doesn't in any way get you
unbanned. It just rejects cheats that get you banned from the server for sure.
Any Admins online are still watching you
I made this feature for new cheaters that don't know what cheats are safe to
use in s0beit
I recommended using this even if you're an experienced cheater (even I use it)
because certain things like Player Warp just get you kicked on CBCNR and player
warp is improved so you won't get kicked using it with antiban.
For everybody who doesn't use this: Don't accidently hit give jetpack! :)
What does it do?
This is a setting that can be enabled / disabled at any time in mod_sa.ini
under settings by me (Jordy)
It disables certain cheats that will get you kicked / banned for sure.
Cheats Disabled: Money Cheats, Weapon Cheats, Teleporting more than 200m at
once, Jetpack, Almost all teleports disabled except clickwarp (up to 200m)
Other Cheats Disabled: Health & Armor (Server will remove it)
Limits: Player_Fly_Speed is limited to 0.2 anything higher will get you kicked.
Nitro_High and Nitro_Low is also limited to 1.2 (216km/h)
Vehicle Jumper is also disabled because it usually hijacks busses and gets you
kicked. But if you like this feature you can still keep it enabled even with
antiban using CBCNR_antiban_allow_vehicle_jumper = true in mod_sa.ini
Warp_Speed & Nitro_High Limits:
Nitro_High & Warp_Speed will automatically be adjusted for you depending on
what vehicle you're in.
EX: If you're in a boat then both warp_speed & Nitro_High will be set to 0.8
(144km/h) (MAX) if you're in a regular car, it'll be limited to 1.0 (180km/h)
this is because anything higher will risk AC getting you kicked / banned.
Everything has been tested and working fine as of: 6/25/2014
I see people get banned all the time on servers (and quickly) all for being
inexperienced cheaters.
Now you can cheat without worrying about selecting the wrong thing and
instantly banning yourself. Have fun
Teleporting using the map has been disabled. It'll just set a custom
destination marker. (With AntiBan)
You can still use teleports with the map using CBCNR_antiban_allow_map_teleport
= true
(I don't recommended this for new users)
4) Ini Features Added (DO NOT MODIFY ANYTHING IN THIS FILE. OPEN MOD_SA.INI AND
LOOK UNDER MODS BY JORDY AND EDIT IT THERE):

*READ* Only for CrazyBob's Cops And Robbers Server 1 & 2
*READ* Disables certain cheats that will get you kicked / banned EX: Money

*READ* it is recommended that you keep this set to false. You can teleport too
far away and get kicked.
radio_station[] = "Station Name" Station URL
Example:

/xradio (Nation) will automatically play Rock Nation (98.7) for you
FriendsAndEnemiesList[] = (Player Name) Friend / Enemy / Admin
This allows you to add and remove friends, enemies and admins.
You can see if they're online by typing /xlist
Example: FriendsAndEnemiesList[] = Jordy Friend
You would put this in mod_sa.ini only
show_friendlist_nametags = true
When 40 players are all in one spot and your waiting for your friend to do w/e
You can now spot him / her easier with all those tags floating around
If you are nearby a Friend, you will see [FRIEND] in Green at the end of their
nametag.
If you are nearby an Enemy, you will see [ENEMY] in Red at the end of their
nametag.
Default Value: true (enabled) set to false to disable
show_friendslistonscreen = true
Prints a small text to your game displaying how many friends / enemies / custom
added admins are online.
friendsenemieslocation_x = ?
friendsenemieslocation_y = ?
Allows you to change the position of the text indicating how many friends and
enemies online are displayed on your screen
(show_friendslistonscreen must be set to true in mod_sa.ini)

6) Player Locater
This feature is good for hitmen who don't have to keep typing /loc to find and
kill the player for money.
It's also good for tracking down wanted suspects while playing as police.
If you type /xloc (id) you can automatically use the /loc command on CrazyBob's
Cops And Robbers (it'll call the /loc command every 2 seconds)
When you type, for example /xloc 47 it'll say something like Jordy (47) is
Located in: San Fierro City Hall (North-west)
It will keep using the /loc cmd every 2 seconds until you've found the player.
When you've found the player you're locating, it'll automatically stop locating
the player for you.
You will also notice a red text at the end of their nametag displaying [LOCATE]
(Goes away in 30 seconds)
Tips:
You can also type /xloc -1 to stop locating the player right away.
7) In-Game Commands (Commands no longer start with 'm0d_')
For a list of all other supported commands type /xcmds in game.

xlotto - Automatically chooses a lottery number for you. This will also
automatically play the lottery for you after this command is executed @ 18:10
game hours. (Disable by typing /xlotto again)
xmini - Minimizes the game (I crash more with ALT + TAB)
xloc [ID] - Keeps executing /loc command. See "Player Locater" above Game
Commands for more info
xradio [Station] - Automatically play your own radio stations and configure
them to be opened automatically in mod_sa.ini
xlist - Displays a list of friends online, admins, and enemies (configured
through mod_sa.ini)
xaddfriend [Player ID] - Automatically adds an online player to your friends
list by Player ID
xaddenemy [Player ID] - Automatically adds an online player to your enemies
list by Player ID
xaddfriendbyname [Player Name] - Automatically adds an offline / online player
to your friends list by Player Name
xaddenemybyname [Player Name] - Automatically adds an offline / online player
to your enemies list by Player Name
xremovefriend [Player ID] - Automatically removes an online player from your
friends list by player ID
xremovefriendbyname [Player Name] - Automatically removes an online / offline
player from your friends list by Player Name
xremoveenemy [Player ID] - Automatically removes an online player from your
enemies list by Player ID
xremoveenemybyname [Player Name] - Automatically removes an offline / online
enemy from your friends list by Player Name
xreconnect [NAME (OPTIONAL)] - Automatically reconnect to the server. You can
use a new name or leave the field blank and use the same name.
xgoto [Player ID] - Teleports to the exact position of a streamed in client
Extra Information For Noobs:
To find a player name Press TAB while connected to the server. You should see a
list of all names followed by an ID
EX: Jordy (1337)
xaddfriend only works by player id. They must be online otherwise you have to
use /xaddfriendbyname instead
xaddfriendbyname only works by Player Name they don't have to be online for you
to add them like xaddfriend
8) New GUI
Self-Explanatory - I changed the looks of the cheat menu.
I also added 3 extra GUI changes that can be made custom.
Titlebar Text Color, Menu Items Color, Menu Items Separator Color
Format (Alpha, Red, Green, Blue)

9) Radio Stations (modify only in mod_sa.ini)
**NOTICE**: This command will minimize your game and open the station url
automatically.
If you are using windows 7 and crash often when the game is minimized and
restored do the following:
1) Find GTA_SA.exe in your install folder right click and go to Properties ->
Compatability
2) Check the box "Run this program as an administrator" AND Disable Visual
Themes
3) Find samp.exe in your install folder right click and go to Properties ->
Compatability
4) Only check the box "Run this program as an administrator"
You can add / remove radio station urls in mod_sa.ini only.
Default Radio Stations:
WIIL Rock Station (95.1)

Format "Station Name" Station URL
Command Usage: /xradio (station name / partial name)
Automatically plays the radio station for you
Example: /xradio wiil (this will play 95.1 wiil rock station)
Add / Remove Stations using radio_station[] = "(station name)" (station url) in
mod_sa.ini
10) Friends / Enemies List
You can add Friends And Enemies and see if they are on the server you're
connected to with the /xlist command
If you want to add a friend or enemy check mod_sa.ini
You can also use game commands. Look under "In-Game Commands" above
