snackr should be customizable in shape and position #271

just like other programs, i'd like to place snackr wherever i want in
whatever size i desire. See screenshot. For this paricular setup, it would
need to scroll vertically, but when we're requesting features let's go all
the way ;) For the rest, it's a really nice implementation of the idea of RSS !

Ants, I like the idea of stretching the scroll area, or that I can make the MAIN
TITLES font size a little larger for your Tita Elly. She is 70 years old and the
glasses help but she uses your little ticker to get her news. I am still having
trouble getting the IMPORT button to load up my saved .SQL file feedlist, yet I 
found
an executable file that managed to get the ticker to load it. Luck, I guess, 
because
I am slower than you. Got to get back to the girls and trucking. Frank Joseph
