Blocks are generated instantly with the spread of water #33

What steps will reproduce the issue?

  1. Install CustomOreGen
  2. Place Water on an island surface

What was supposed to happen?

Vanilla water flow behavior

What happened instead?

Ores are generated instantly

Any additional information that you would like to provide that may be relevant to the issue?

This issue seems to be fixed when running an older COG version (1.3.18). It maybe has something to do with the new Material update.
