Send button should only be enabled when a send is valid #61

How to reproduce:

  1. Fill in a larger number of TMSC to send
  2. Hit Send

Expected:

Send button should be disabled while the amount to send exceeds what's currently available (make sure to adjust when changing the amount, address, and currency).
