add software-properties-commons so add-apt-repository works

add basdmainutils so ./configure works (it was missing hexdump)

Hey @keo, which OS does this target?

If I'm not mistaken, then configure should be available via autoconf.

This was Ubuntu 14.04.1.

It wasn't configure that was missing. It was hexdump, which configure was using.
