[Bug Fix Request] cp_snowplow Hud Issues #195

Describe the bug The train health meter HUD for cp_snowplow will sometimes no longer load properly and just show up as a white rectangle with a diagonal line on the screen. It can't even be fixed with the hud_reloadscheme command How you encountered the issue I played an entire match of Snowplow and when that was done, I went to a different map (koth_probed). But there was no players, so I left to play Snowplow again and the train's health meter HUD element changed to the diagonal line for no reason. No such glitch is present on any other map and it doesn't matter which map was played before Snowplow. Just playing Snowplow a second time after playing a different map causes this issue

So I found that in Uncle Dane's recent upload, he also encountered this same glitch but on Cauldron. It seems that any community maps with specific HUD elements attached are only downloaded from the map, not actually apart of TF2's internal HUD (I think? it's probably why they aren't affected by hud_reloadscheme) https://youtu.be/cxGJAgaqaL8?t=749 12:29 - 12:37
