Dead Ringer inconsistent fake notices

Sometimes when you kill a Dead Ringer spy that you are dominating you can get fake notices that are dead giveaways.

Domination, even if you already dominating said spy
Revenge, same as above. Now, I don't know if this is intended or a bug, but it's lean more against the spy.

With 2 players in different teams, one playing any class, and the other playing spy.
Kill the spy until you dominate him.
Now with the spy using the Dead Ringer keep killing him, and randomly you might get domination or revenge notices.

This also happens with Killsounds. Sometimes the killsound will play when you kill a DR Spy, and sometimes it won't.
