SourceTV's eye height values differ from the server, all standing eye height values are getting locked to a hard value of 72.0, crouch heights are fine.

Have the client viewing the demo swap to the current classes eyeheight.

You can currently do this using CastingEssentials, but it should be in the game.
I'm labeling this as an enhancement since it will basically involve writing new code that Valve was too lazy to do, as opposed to fixing existing code.
