Reformated slack API #17

This PR contains the following changes:

Made the Slack API more readable
Shades simple-json in jar to avoid recoding the SlackMessage for bungeecord.
Only uses 1 runnable to send messages.
This reformat also magically fixes #11

Thanks for the contribution, but SlackMC 2.0 has changed the format of the plugin already, and includes some of the changes you want to merge, like message collection, a unified Bungee and Bukkit sender, and is completely reformated to be more friendly for developers.

Again, I appreciate your hard work, but I won't merge this because of the upcoming release. Sorry.
