Could write in the readme how to compile the project and run it as you say. It's not like there is a simple executable to run.

You have to compile it in visual studio: https://visualstudio.microsoft.com

No need to compile it by yourself anymore. I created a release. Just download Binaries.zip and run the exe inside. https://github.com/mastercs999/mouse-clicker/releases/tag/1.0.0 Then start Stronghold Crusader. Keep your middle mouse button (wheel) down in the game to sell all your stones, buy units etc. very quickly.
