Install Successful, reload... now just run the install script.

I installed this into a folder, not into the root of my site.

I set up everything, followed the install walk through and actually gotten the 
message, "You have 
successfully installed SweetCron!"  

Then I just added some feeds and did some options fiddling and then stopped 
playing with it.

I logged out, and go back later to check my content. I revisit the root for the 
folder I installed it 
under and it gives me the:

"Whoo Hoo! Almost there - now just run the install script."

I'm like ok, odd, go thru and log in to admin, its all still there.

Longer story, short, I set up a new database, do a fresh install and still 
"Whoo Hoo!"

Any ideas? I'm sure its something small that I'm just overlooking, it always 
seems to be that way.
