Image file not found #121

Fatal error: Uncaught exception 'Exception' with message 'Image file not found: /home/#####/public_html/uploads/news/484522/04dd9fb7d84ab594cbfee42d270b8cf3.jpg

I upload image via ftp and still not work. Please help.
