3d not working and arm11 data abort #23

My 3d will glitch out and the screen turns red and when I close the application it cause a arm11 data abort

3D has since been disabled. The crash has already been detailed in an older issue, #2

I'd like to add that 3D still works perfectly on N3DSXL with the v0.2 official release.
