Is there any way to make it run faster in an O3DS? #62

I have only an O3DS and would like to play N64 games in it. I know the O3DS is worse tha the new one, but if you can make it better it would be great. If you can't or don't want to do it, it is alright. Thanks in advance!

the emulator would need to run at 4 time the speed to have full speed on most n64 games (it would need a lot of optimisations)

AdrianMonky commented 3 years ago

And how could this be done?

Dartz150 commented 3 years ago

Yep by getting a new 3DS. It is normal that the o3DS will struggle with running the emulator, and there's no way to speed it up giving its hardware limitation.

Ahh... Thanks for the help!

on new 3ds it struggles running emulator but on mario 64 if you click frameship it will run faster

I haven't tried it, but for Mario 64, you could use the decompilation project for building a Rom, but with Optimisations that maybe can run the game faster.
